1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RealtyReady, a mobile application developed by DizzyDnet ("we," "us," or "our"). RealtyReady is a study aid designed to help users prepare for real estate licensing exams across all 50 U.S. states.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RealtyReady.

2. Description of Service

RealtyReady is a mobile application that provides state-specific real estate exam preparation, including:

  • Practice questions tailored to individual state licensing exams
  • Timed exam simulations
  • Smart flashcards and vocabulary reference (100+ key terms)
  • Study streaks, trophies, and achievement tracking
  • Performance analytics and progress reports
  • Leaderboard and community features

RealtyReady is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Accounts

To use RealtyReady, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately at hello@realtyready.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, referrals, or leaderboard rankings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

RealtyReady offers the following subscription tiers:

4.3 Pro Lifetime — $59.99 (one-time purchase)

  • Everything in Pro Monthly
  • Lifetime access — pay once, study forever
  • All future content updates included
  • Priority support
  • Limited-time pricing; subject to change

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management, including cancellation and refunds, is handled through your respective app store account. Refund policies are subject to Apple's and Google's terms.

5. Referral Program

RealtyReady offers a referral program that rewards users for inviting new members. The following terms apply:

  • Referral Codes: Each eligible user receives a unique, non-transferable referral code.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a reward, the referred user must create a new account using the referral code and maintain an active account for at least 30 days.
  • Rewards: Referral rewards (such as extended free access or account credits) are determined by RealtyReady and are subject to change at any time.
  • Reward Duration: Referral rewards are capped at a maximum accumulation of 12 months of free access per referring account.
  • Abuse: Creating fake accounts, using multiple referral codes on the same account, or any other manipulation of the referral program will result in forfeiture of all rewards and possible account termination.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

6. Pass Guarantee

RealtyReady offers a Pass Guarantee for eligible Pro subscribers. If you meet the following conditions and still fail your real estate licensing exam, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee:

  • Score Requirement: You must score 100% on a full-length, timed practice exam within the RealtyReady app.
  • Timing: The qualifying practice exam must be completed within 30 days prior to your actual licensing exam date.
  • Proof of Failure: You must provide official documentation proving that you took and failed the real estate licensing exam (e.g., an official score report from your state's real estate commission).
  • Claim Submission: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your exam results by emailing legal@realtyready.app.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of claim approval.
  • Limitations: The Pass Guarantee applies only to the subscription fee paid to RealtyReady. It does not cover exam registration fees, travel costs, or any other expenses. The guarantee is limited to one claim per user per exam attempt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within RealtyReady — including but not limited to questions, explanations, flashcard content, vocabulary definitions, graphics, icons, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of DizzyDnet and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content

8. User Content

If you submit any content to RealtyReady (such as feedback, suggestions, or bug reports), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that content into our products and services.

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • Offensive, defamatory, or harassing
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal
  • Spam, advertising, or promotional in nature

9. Disclaimer

RealtyReady is a study aid only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any state real estate commission, licensing board, or regulatory body.

Our practice questions and study materials are designed to help you prepare for your exam, but they do not guarantee that you will pass. Exam content, format, and requirements are determined solely by your state's real estate commission and are subject to change without notice.

RealtyReady is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DizzyDnet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use or inability to use RealtyReady
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
  • Failure to pass a licensing exam
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of RealtyReady shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue RealtyReady (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of RealtyReady after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RealtyReady at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the referral program.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@realtyready.app or using the account deletion feature within the app. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RealtyReady shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
